Life Extension Vitamin D3 with Sea-Iodine provides 125 mcg (5,000 IU) of vitamin D and 1,000 mcg of iodine in this daily supplement. It uses a Sea-Iodine Complex Blend of organic kelp and bladderwrack extracts with potassium iodide.
