Mix 1 scoop (approx. ÂŊ tsp.) with 8-12 oz of water or your preferred beverage. To reduce spoilage in sprouting, add 1 tsp per quart of water, soak, and rinse. To slow spoilage and discoloration, use 1 tsp per quart of water or juice for most fruits and vegetables. Citric acid may also be used when canning, drying or freezing foods.
Store in a cool, dry place. Contents are sold by weight, not volume. Some settling may occur. Do not use if safety seal is broken or missing.
