Recommended Use
Take two (2) capsules with 8-10 ounces of water, twice daily, 30-60 minutes before meals. Note: Beginners should start with one capsule, twice daily, for the first three days to assess tolerance, and then gradually increase to a total of four capsules per day. For optimal results, it’s best to use Body Recomp daily for 8-12 weeks.
