  • ·1 ripe avocado~150 gAvocado
  • ·2 tbsp mayonnaise~28 g
  • ·1 stalk celery, finely diced~40 gCelery
  • ·2 tbsp red onion, minced~20 gOnions
  • ·1 tbsp lemon juice~15 gLemon
  • ·Salt and pepper to taste~3 gSalt

Steps

  1. 1Mash the avocado in a bowl until mostly smooth.
  2. 2Add the tuna, mayonnaise, celery, red onion and lemon juice.
  3. 3Fold together and season with salt and pepper.
