- ยท1 tbsp lemon juice~15 gโ Lemon
- ยท1 tsp fresh ginger~2 gโ Ginger Root

- ยท1/2 cup ice~60 g
Steps
- 1Add the liquid to the Vitamix container first, then any soft fruit, yogurt or greens.
- 2Add the frozen fruit and ice last so they sit on top of the blade.
- 3Blend on high for 45โ60 seconds until completely smooth, using the tamper to push ingredients down.
