- ยท3 eggs~150 gโ Egg
- ยท2 1/2 cups almond flour~240 gโ Almonds
- ยท1/4 cup maple syrup~80 gMaple Syrup
- ยท1 tsp baking soda~6 gBaking Soda
- ยท1 tsp cinnamon~3 gโ Cinnamon (Ground)
- ยท1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil~57 gโ Butter
Steps
- 1Heat the oven to 350ยฐF and line a loaf pan.
- 2Whisk the bananas, eggs, syrup and melted butter.
- 3Stir in almond flour, baking soda and cinnamon until just combined.
- 4Pour into the pan and smooth the top.
- 5Bake 45โ50 minutes until a skewer comes out clean.
- 6Cool in the pan 15 minutes before turning out.
