Steps
- 1Mix warm milk, yeast and sugar; let it foam 5 minutes.
- 2Add egg, butter and flour; knead into a soft dough.
- 3Cover and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
- 4Roll into a rectangle, spread with butter and cinnamon sugar.
- 5Roll up tightly, slice into 12, and place in a buttered pan.
- 6Rise 30 minutes, then bake at 350ยฐF for 22โ25 minutes.
