- ·4 cups water~946 g
- ·2 tbsp cocoa powder~15 gCocoa Powder
- ·3 pitted dates~72 g↗ Date
Steps
- 1Drain the hazelnuts and add to the Vitamix with the water, cocoa and dates.
- 2Blend on high for 90 seconds until smooth and chocolatey.
- 3Strain through a nut-milk bag; refrigerate up to 4 days.
