  • ·1 cup hazelnuts, soaked overnight~135 gHazelnut
  • ·4 cups water~946 g
  • ·2 tbsp cocoa powder~15 gCocoa Powder
  • ·3 pitted dates~72 gDate

Steps

  1. 1Drain the hazelnuts and add to the Vitamix with the water, cocoa and dates.
  2. 2Blend on high for 90 seconds until smooth and chocolatey.
  3. 3Strain through a nut-milk bag; refrigerate up to 4 days.
