serving- ·1 cup milk of choice~244 g↗ Milk
- ·1 scoop protein powder~30 gProtein Powder
- ·1 tbsp cocoa powder~8 gCocoa Powder
- ·1 tbsp peanut butter (smooth)~16 gPeanut Butter
- ·1 tsp honey~7 gHoney
- ·Ice, to serve
Steps
- 1Warm the peanut butter for a few seconds so it loosens, then add to a shaker bottle.
- 2Add the protein powder, cocoa, honey and a splash of milk and shake well.
- 3Add the remaining milk and shake until smooth.
- 4Pour over ice and drink straight away.
Tips
- 💡Powdered peanut butter dissolves more easily if you do not have a blender.
- 💡Shake in two stages — a thick paste first, then thin it out — to avoid lumps.
