- ·1 medium banana~118 g↗ Banana
- ·1/2 cup frozen mixed berries~70 g↗ Mixed Berries
- ·1 cup coconut water~240 g
Steps
- 1Add the liquid to the Vitamix container first, then any soft fruit, yogurt or greens.
- 2Add the frozen fruit and ice last so they sit on top of the blade.
- 3Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until completely smooth, using the tamper to push ingredients down.
