Steps

  1. 1Drain the soaked almonds and add them to the Vitamix with the water, date and vanilla.
  2. 2Blend on high for 60–90 seconds until the almonds are fully broken down.
  3. 3Strain through a nut-milk bag into a jar; refrigerate up to 4 days.
