- ·1 cup warm milk~244 g↗ Milk
- ·2 tbsp honey~42 gHoney
- ·1 packet active dry yeast~7 gYeast
- ·2 tbsp butter, melted~28 g↗ Butter
- ·1 large egg~50 g↗ Egg
- ·1 tsp salt~6 gSalt
Steps
- 1Stir the yeast and honey into the warm milk and let it foam for 5 minutes.
- 2Mix in the egg, melted butter, salt and flour to form a soft dough.
- 3Knead 8 minutes, then cover and let rise 1 hour until doubled.
- 4Shape into 12 balls, place in a baking dish, and rise 30 minutes.
- 5Bake at 375°F for 18–20 minutes, until golden.
