- ·1 tsp fresh thyme~1 g↗ Thyme

Steps
- 1Pat the steak cubes dry and season well with salt and pepper.
- 2Heat the olive oil in a skillet over high heat and sear the steak in a single layer for 2–3 minutes without moving.
- 3Flip and sear another 1–2 minutes for medium.
