- ·1/3 cup basil pesto~80 g↗ Basil
- ·1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese~25 g↗ Parmesan
- ·1 tbsp olive oil~14 g↗ Olive Oil
- ·1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved~40 g↗ Tomato
- ·Salt and pepper to taste~3 gSalt
Steps
- 1Spiralize the zucchini into noodles and pat dry.
- 2Warm the olive oil in a skillet and sauté the zoodles for 2–3 minutes, just until tender.
- 3Remove from the heat and toss with the pesto, parmesan and tomatoes.
- 4Season and serve immediately.
